  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • You can also log in to your account on www.vzonedigital.com to track your order status.


6. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during shipping or appears to be lost, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
