Return Policy

At Vzone Digital Marketing, we are committed to providing high-quality grocery products with excellent customer service. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which items can be returned after purchase through our platform in India.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is expired, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- A wrong item was delivered.
- The product is missing essential components or packaging.
1.2 Goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat products can only be returned if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
1.3 Goods can be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, unopened, and original condition.
2. Return Process
2.1 To request a return, customers must contact our support team via the App or email at vzonedigitalmarketing091@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
2.2 Once the return request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange for a pickup of the item within 2-5 business days.
2.3 If pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers may need to return the product to the nearest Vzone Digital Marketing partner store.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Personal care and hygiene products due to health and safety concerns.
- Products without original packaging and labels.
- Items purchased under clearance sales or special discounts marked as “non-returnable.”
4. Refund for Returns
4.1 Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
4.2 The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4.3 Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
