2.1 Free delivery may be available for orders above a specified amount (as mentioned in the app).
2.2 Orders below the minimum free delivery threshold may be subject to a nominal delivery fee.
2.3 Additional charges may apply for express or scheduled deliveries.
3. Delivery Locations
3.1 We currently operate in selected cities and pin codes across India. Availability is displayed during checkout.
3.2 If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you before order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Customers can track their orders in real time via the Vzone Digital Marketing app.
4.2 Live updates, including dispatch, estimated arrival, and delivery status, are available.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
5.1 If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery agent will attempt to contact the customer.
5.2 A second attempt may be made, or the order may be returned to the store.
5.3 Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts in certain cases.
6. Delayed or Rescheduled Deliveries
6.1 Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, stock unavailability, etc.).
6.2 Customers will be notified in case of a delay, and rescheduling options may be provided.
