Cancellation Policy

At Vzone Digital Marketing , we strive to provide a seamless Ecommerce and Grocery shopping experience. However, we understand that you may need to cancel an order under certain circumstances. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
1.1 Customers can cancel their orders before the order is processed for dispatch. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
1.2 To cancel an order, customers must go to the ‘My Orders’ section in the App and select the cancellation option.
1.3 If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Vzone Digital Marketing
2.1 Vzone Digital Marketing reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The ordered products are out of stock or unavailable.
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Any unforeseen operational difficulties.
2.2 If an order is canceled by Vzone Digital Marketing , customers will receive a full refund.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
3.2 The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the order placement.
3.3 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
4.1 Certain perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat products cannot be cancelled once packed for delivery.
4.2 Custom or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
